Tanya is an excellent Technical Writer and Knowledge Management champion. She helped lead curating and building our Salesforce knowledgebase and was apt on self-directed identification and harvesting of knowledge from across the company for our Partners.
Tanya was part of a small team who stood up a technical knowledge base at our company. We never had a customer facing knowledge base before and Tanya brought her experience to every aspect of the process - from style and tone to defining workflows and complex review and approval chains. She also tackled the complex topics in our KB head on - meeting with SMEs and being hands-on with products. Tanya is a hard worker and her dedication to technical writing was greatly appreciated.

It upsets me that I have to write this recommendation. The work that Tanya did with us cannot be measured. The value she brought to my team was insane. She pulled together all the ramblings of all my engineers and was able to compile detailed documentation that we depend on. She also managed and built our Confluence site with all our documentation.
